Our turn to share
My name is Joel, and I am going to be one of the regular contributors to this blog. I work with the marketing team at Enjoy Life Foods, so I get to work on a lot of things that have to do with the way we communicate with you, our customers.
We hear from a lot of customers, in a lot of different ways. We are fortunate that over the years, many customers have sent us emails, and letters, telling us what they think of our products, and how they use them in their homes. We love getting these messages, and have always enjoyed the great stories.
Recently, we have started to connect with a number of Enjoy Life fans through our Facebook page. This has led to an exciting new way in which we can engage in dialogue with our customer. The great thing about Facebook is that it allows us to have a real conversation with our fans; but instead of it being one-to-one, as an email would be, the majority of the conversations on our Fan page are people talking to people, with us acting as a moderator.
Customers share their stories with one another. They share their recipes. They share their frustrations. They share their joy. They share their lives. We love this, and more importantly, it is what makes our company special, because we have special customers.
I have worked at a number of companies, and never have I experienced the sharing that goes on between Enjoy Life customers. It makes working with Enjoy Life so special, and such a meaningful place to work. It is not just what happens within the company; but in fact, it is what happens outside of the company.
You, our customer, makes Enjoy Life so enjoyable. And I personally want to say thanks for being such great supporters of our brand, and of one another.

Great idea! Blogging is a lot of fun and it’s a great way to be a part of the gluten free community. We use Enjoy Life chocolate chips weekly. I make peanut butter and chocolate frogs (candy mold) which are a little different than the ones Harry Potter eats.
I have shared your info on my blog in the past. Always looking for new ideas. Hope you’ll come visit my blog too.
I just subscribed to the blog. I’m eternally grateful to Enjoy Life for helping me feed my (picky) wheat-, egg-, nut-, milk-, sesame- allergic toddler. It’s so exhausting checking labels constantly, wondering about manufacturing facilities, etc., and to just know that if I see “Enjoy Life” on the box, it’s safe for him is a blessing.

I’ve got 3 of my family members who enjoy your delicious food! My 5 year old son has life threatening allergies to egg, peanut, & shellfish. My teenage daughter was diagnosed with allergies to tree nuts, peanuts, corn, soy, carrots, strawberries, & peaches. I was diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease this week. In honor of my diagnosis, I purchased a case of your candy bars!
Your company has been a blessing to our family for the past 3 years…thank you!
My son John is 7 1/2 years old and is allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy, all nuts, soybeans and sesame seeds. He was 9 months old when his food allergies were diagnosed, and at that time you could not find allergy-friendly foods in the grocery stores the way you can now. I was completely lost as to what he could eat and how to feed him. Enjoy Life cookies – especially the double chocolate brownie cookies – were one of the few special treats we could buy for him that he loved, and that I could trust were safe. Over the years, the Enjoy Life bagels have also been wonderful, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips have allowed me to bring snacks in to John’s school that all the kids will eat. Enjoy Life chocolate chips are the key to John having “normal” food to share with his friends on his birthday and at parties. I can not say enough how thankful I am for your company. I don’t know what we would have done in those early months of the diagnosis without Enjoy Life. We continue to buy all of your products especially the snack bars and cookies to put in John’s lunchbox. There aren’t enough thank you’s to express my gratitude!! Keep up the good work, and know that you are making a difference in the lives of our children!
Sincerely,
Becky Moore
