Welcome to the very first entry on our blog. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to visit us.
Our blog is here for you. It is simply another way for us to connect with you, our Enjoy Life supporter. We have a Facebook page, a MySpace page, you can follow us on Twitter, we have a new YouTube channel, we share our photos on Flickr, and we have a website with over 200 pages of information about living and gluten-free and allergy-friendly life. As you can see, we are ALL about connecting and sharing! We are so pleased to know you are reading this.
We see a blog as being another way in which we can communicate with you, our loyal customers and friends. With this in mind, we are committed to providing you with this window into our world. Through this blog, various members of the Enjoy Life team will provide you with insights into the company, what we do on a daily basis, what we are working on, and most importantly, what we hear in the industry that will impact YOUR lives. Oh yeah, we will also share some fun with you as well.
Standing in front of our ovens, watching thousands of cookies baking; let’s just say we know how lucky we are. We’ll share these moments with you so you can get a taste of what life is like here. There is nothing like tasting an Enjoy Life Gluten-Free cookie as it comes out of the oven, with melted dairy-free and soy-free chocolate chips oozing out the sides. Yum!
While we can’t promise to blog daily (someone has to bake the great tasting products we put on the store shelves), we are committed to blogging on a regular basis, and responding to all of your comments.

What amazing products you have! I was diagnosed 13 years ago with celiac and have multiple food allergies too. I never thought I would ever get to taste chocolate again! Thank you Enjoy Life for enhancing my life with wonderful products that I can actually eat. The holidays are especially a little sweeter thanks to your company.
